About the Lawyer

Félix A. Colón-Serrano completed his undergraduate studies in Political Science at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez campus. Subsequently, he studied at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico (PUCPR), School of Law. During this time, Mr. Colon-Serrano clerked at the Federal Public Defender’s office for the District of Puerto Rico, where he represented indigent criminal defendants before the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, under the supervision of Assistant Federal Public Defenders.
Mr. Colón-Serrano is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. He has extensive litigation experience in a variety of matters, including First Amendment issues, representing individuals and organizations, both private and public. He is a member of the American Bar Association and of the District of Columbia Bar.
